1. Analysis and Concepts
We formulate your project idea in a first project draft and
examine the possibilities for various realization concepts.
In addition, we examine the technical and economic
feasibility as a basis for financing and overall outcomes.

2. Planning & Permitting
We develop the essential planning, permitting and approval
documents required for the project and manage permit
processes in line with the implementation of the identified
project concept
3. Tendering
Drawing on it experience in multiple markets, Soventix
can manage the preparation of tender documents, either
for award to specific trades and suppliers, or for award to
a general contractor and can assist clients evaluate tender
responses and support the awarding process.
6. Asset Management/Owners
Engineer
Soventix offers technical and financial asset management
to control the daily performance of the project and to
secure the revenue streams according to the achievable
maximum. Throughout all phases of the project our
industry experienced consultants support you with their
technical and economic expertise. We design and
optimize business processes and develop customized
solutions.
5. Realization
During the realization of a project, Soventix provides full
project management service, reporting to the owners on
all aspects of a project as it passes through the
construction phase, including contractor supervision,
timelines and budget reviews, cost optimization through
to the final commissioning and trial operation of the
system.
4. Contract Management
Following award to selected providers, Soventix draws on
its multinational experience with both private and
government projects to assist the development of key
contracts, and ancillary agreements related to solar power
plant realization.
7. Project Extension or Dismantling
During the entire operating phase and beyond - we stand
by our customers for the optimal use of their resources.
