29 Phoenix-funded contracts were substantially completed in FY 2016-17
SBEs earned $28.6 million on the $248.2 million paid to prime contractors
City-required goal (combined) = 7.23%
Prime-proposed goal (combined) = 7.64%
Actual SBE participation = 11.54%

DBE Program Achievements
Annual overall DBE goal is 4.48% RGN (approved by FAA)
11 FAA-assisted contracts were awarded in FFY 2016-17
DBEs received $1.56 million (or 13.1%) in subcontracts on the $11.8 million awarded to prime contractors
4 FAA-assisted contracts were substantially completed
DBEs earned $576,984 (or 8.6%) on the $6.7 million paid on the closed contracts

DBEs earned $1.3 million (or 6.5%) on the $20.6 million paid on the closed contracts
