OUR OWN POLICIES

1. FOR HELP TO THOSE CHILDREN WHO ARE EXPLOITED, WORKING FOR EARNING MONEY. WE PROPOUSE TO:

A. TALK TO TO THE BISHOP “JESÚS MOLINÉ LABARTRA” TO INCREASE THE BUDGET FOR THE CHILDREN´S HOME “...................”

ADVANTAGES

By doing, these who had access tho the dinner room of the church (CARITAS) also they will receive moral and religious education. So tha, we help with their personal formation.

Children will learn good manners that will influence when they grown. So later, they can become better cityzens and a good example for all the citizens in our society.

DISADVANTAGES

There is the possibility the church may not have the capacity to attend all the children (not enough money).

B. MONITOR THE CHILDREN WHO ARE BEEN EXPLOITED TO KNOW WHO REALLY NEEDS REFUGE.

ADVANTAGES

By monitoring them, we will have the advantage of knowing how many children need help, so we will let NGO know exactly how many children need recieve it.

Having the exact number of children, nobody will complain about that.

DISADVANTAGES

It is some difficut to monitor because there are different places where we can find children working.

2. FOR THOSE CHILDRENS WHO CAN NOT STUDY BECAUSE THEY NEED TO WORK AND EARN MONEY, WE CAN:

C. INVITE AN NGO TO HELP THE CHILDREN WHOSE PARENTS DON´T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY OR WHOSE FAMILIES ARE VERY POOR.

ADVANTAGES

Right now, there are a great number of NGO that really want to help. So we need to contact them and discuss how they may help us. These NGO many help no only economically but also materially. ( equipment:notebooks, medical attention, schools stuff).

The children will be happy and productive when they are in their classes, since they will have the energy and more support that they really need.

DISADVANTAGES

Some schools will be jelous not to receiving that kind of help, but we have to put emphasize that children who really need help will receive it.

D. COLLECT USED BOOKS AND SECOND-HAND CLOTHES TO GIVE THOSE CHILDRENS BECAUSE WE WANT TO MAKE A SMALL CONTRIBUTION.

ADVANTAGES

Each child will have the chance to recieve some books that will help them with their subjects, and clothes . So their parents won´t be worried about setting them the clothes.

It will serve as an encouragement for them, because they will be able to study or read. In the end, each child will become literate and also it will have a ripple effect.

DISADVANTAGES

Some children won´t appreciate second-hand books because they want have something new.

Some people who will read ads or listen to commercials on the radio or tv will be totally indiferent and this will discourage us.

E. CREATE A COMISSION TO TALK TO THE MAJOR OF CHICLAYO WITH THE PORPUSE OF LETTING HIM KNOW ABOUT THE PROJECT AND PROPOUSE HIM CREATE JOBS FOR THE CHILDREN´S PARENTS. SO THE CHILDRENS CAN STOP WORKING AND DEDICATED TO THEIR STUDIES.

ADVANTAGES

When we present at the roject to the authorities of chiclayo (Major, President of the Region), they will become ... of the children reality and we are sure that that they will not hesitate to help them.

The authorities are always ready to help in these kind of situation.

DISADVANTAGES

Since there is a lot of bureaucracy in our authorities, our project may be put a side or forget them. if it happend, we wolud feel frustrated and discourage.
