Offer nutritious foods first, so they fill up on them (not vice versa)

Avoid popcorn, grapes, peanut butter, hotdogs, raw carrots small and hard candies

What do you do if they are coughing? What if they aren’t breathing?

Do not force them to eat foods they don’t like

Good habits begin early!
