You will need ingredinents this is what you will need 4 pork chops{about ½-inch thick}Neely’s seasoning , recipe followsNeely’s BBQ Sauce, recipe follows.

Theese directions is what makes it good so pay attetion .Apply Neely”s seasoning sauce to each porchop.Place pork chop in a large freezer safe in a plastic bag.pour 2 cups of Neely”s BBQ sauce into bag.Marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours.

Place pork chops on grill and cook until internal temperature is 160 degrees F.Reapply BBQ Sauce to pork chops prior serving.

Now it’s time to make the Neely’s seasoning sauce:1 cup paprika ,3 1\2 tablespoons of sugar,1\2 tablespoons onion powder .Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.

Now it’s time to make Neely’s BBQ sauce:2 cups of ketchup,1 cup of water,6 tablespoons of brown sugar,5 tablespoons of white sugar,1 1\2 teaspoons of freshly ground black pepper ,1 1\2 teaspoons of onion powder ,1 1\2 teaspoons of dry mustard powder ,1 1\2 teaspoons of paprika,1\2 of lemon ,juiced,1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce.

TO MAKE THE HEAT YOU cook on astove but most of the HEAT is in boiling water on the stove.This moves in radiation.
