CFMA’S 2021 HYBRID CONFERENCE & EXHIBITIONVirtual Exhibition Rules & Regulations
Contract for Virtual Exhibitor Booth: The receipt by the Construction Financial Management Association (hereinafter referred to as “CFMA”) of Exhibitor’s signed contract will constitute a binding contract for the right to virtual exhibition booth. In the event of circumstances beyond CFMA’s control, CFMA shall have no liability or obligation to refund any portion of Exhibitor’s payment. Nevertheless, CFMA may determine, in its sole discretion that a portion of Exhibitor’s fees have not been expended or encumbered, then CFMA may refund the balance.
Exhibition Location: All 2021 exhibitor booths will be virtual. There are no exhibitor booths permitted at any of CFMA’s hybrid locations. No exhibitor signage, handouts, or other materials will be permitted at any of CFMA’s hybrid locations.
Exhibition Fees & Payment: See the reverse side for prevailing Exhibitor Level Fees. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your virtual booth, with balance due no later than May 17, 2021. After May 17, 2021, PAYMENT IN FULL is required with Exhibitor contract. Failure to pay Exhibition fees in full may result in removal from the CFMA platform.
Exhibitor Registrations: Virtual booth exhibitors receive the following registrations:
Exhibitor Virtual Booth Content: Exhibitors are responsible for the content of their virtual booth. All images, documents, content, and videos must be uploaded by the exhibitor. CFMA will provide training (date to be determined). Training will be recorded and available on-demand. CFMA will not be responsible for any virtual booth content. Only content from the contracted exhibiting company may be displayed in the exhibitor virtual booth.
Exhibitor Technology Failure: CFMA is not liable for any loss sustained by the exhibitor as a result of the exhibitor or any third party’s failure to access CFMA’s Conference & Exhibition platform, or as a result of any breakdowns, software errors, incomplete or inaccurate transfer of information.
Exhibitor Deadlines: Exhibitors must meet all exhibitor deadlines. Deadlines can be found on the CFMA Conference website. Missed deadline may result in exclusion in marketing materials.
Refund Policy: All deposits are non-refundable. However, if payment in full was received, a full refund minus deposit will be granted upon written notice of cancellation received by CFMA no later than June 14, 2021. After June 14, 2021, no refunds will be granted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Exhibitor Financial Obligations: CFMA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any previously reserved virtual exhibit space in the event that the Exhibitor has an overdue invoice of 30 days or more payable to CFMA. If the Exhibitor is past due 30 days or more for any payment due to CFMA for any purpose, then any deposits, advances, fees, or similar payments previously paid to CFMA for any purpose may, in CFMA’s sole discretion, be subsequently applied to satisfy (in whole or in part) this past due balance, and any reservations secured by such deposits or similar payments may be cancelled. Further, in CFMA’s sole discretion, any subsequent payments received by CFMA may first be applied against overdue balances payable.
