SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS YOU CAN’T LIFT WHEN YOU’RE DEAD
! IMPORTANT ! You know these squat stands are designed to handle serious weight 1200lbs. It’s probably one of the reasons you bought them. Maxing out these stands requires special precautions. We strongly recommend loading the plate horns to weight the stand when going over 400lbs and sandbagging the front of the stands when crossing the 800lb mark. Beyond that, best practice is to bolt these things to the floor. Failure to adhere to these recommendations can lead to some very, very bad days.
CARING FOR YOUR SQUAT STANDS MAKE YOUR INVESTMENT LAST
Inspect & tighten Periodically inspect the stands for signs of wear or loosening hardware. Make sure all nuts & bolts are tight. These are designed to support serious weight and deliver reliable service over many years, but it will only do so when properly assembled and maintained.
