Rich & his wife purchased Beachfront Bed & Breakfast in 2005 also located inSt. Augustine Beach so he is knowledgeable in the industry and related commercial real estate sales. He joined ColdwellBanker-Premier Properties, Commercial division in 2016 because of the professionalism and teamwork at the brokerage and have theleadership of a CCIM, Bob Buckmaster as our Broker. The brokerage was awarded the Coldwell Banker Commercial designation in2017; an acknowledgement by Coldwell Banker Commercial of the expertise and dedication this team possesses to serve theircustomers.
Married to his wife Lauren, the couple met in St. Augustine Beach where they currently reside for the past 17 years along with their 3puppies.
Involvement in his community is important to Rich where he has served on St. Augustine Beach Comprehensive Planning & ZoningBoard, Tourist Development Council, Convention & Visitors bureau as well as the City Commission where he completed his 3rd term asMayor and after serving as City Commissioner for 12 years Rich has ended his time on the Commission in March 2019 .
