NFR Deals must be registered by partners in Cisco Commerce Workspace at http://www.cisco.com/go/ccw
Step 1: From the home-page, first click on “Deal” in the “Quick Start” options.

Step 2: Give your deal a “Deal Name” and click on “Create Deal.”

Step 3: Fill out the “Who’s Involved” tab specifying your own partner company as the end customer and selecting your CAM (AKA Partner Business Manager; see red box). Click on “Save & Continue” to proceed.

Step 4: Fill out the “About The Deal” completing all required fields (marked with red asterisks).
Important: “Intended Use” (see red box) must be “Internal Business Use” or “Lab” for NFR deals. Click on “Save & Continue” to proceed.

Step 5: You will be brought to the “Promotions” tab where you can select the “Channel NFR Program.” Click on “Select” (see red box) to proceed. You will then be presented with a summary of the NFR Terms & Conditions. Click on the “Yes” radio button and then “Save & Continue” to proceed.
Note: The precise order of promotions displayed on this tab may vary but “Channel NFR Program” will always be displayed in the “NFR” section.

Step 6: Confirm your company’s billing address information and click on “Save & Continue” to proceed to the “Quote” tab.

Step 7: Add items to your quote either by adding SKUs one at a time (see red box) or by importing a saved configuration (see green box). Select your preferred distributor before proceeding (see blue box). Detailed instructions on quote building can be obtained by clicking on the “Training” link from the CCW homepage. Proceed by clicking on “Save & Continue.” This will bring up the “Trade In Items” sub-tab. NFR is not combinable with trade-in; proceed by clicking on “Continue.”

Step 8: Your selected quote items will now be confirmed. For final price information, please contact your distributor after you receive e-mail notification of your approved NFR deal. Click on “Save and Continue” to proceed.

Step 9. Your NFR deal is now ready to be submitted for approval. Click on the “Submit Quote for Approval” button (see red box). You will receive an e-mail notification from Cisco when your NFR deal is approved and, at that time, you can commence ordering from your chosen distributor.
