All records where you are listed as the Supervisor will appear on the People in Hierarchy page. If there are any missing records or any extra records that are not correct, the Oracle record will need to be corrected. Review the employee’s data using View My Employee Assignment Information. Then submit change requests using Change Org, Supervisor, or Timecard Approver.

4. Test Security Search for all records in the Caltech Business Group
§ In the “Add Another” field Select “Business Group”
§ Click Add § In the “Business Group”
field enter “Caltech” § Tab out of the Business
Group field § Click Go to run the search
All records that you currently have access to through CIT Employee Data Administration will appear. This list should match those records you currently have access to in EPAN.
