This report is brief outline of what we understood during our industrial visit at
CABROL PVT LTD. The main purpose of visit was to study organizational structure of
companies. The report contains the detail study more by me and all require relevant information
has been obtained from the company.
Industrial visit plays a very important role to improve knowledge for student of BBA.
The main objective of industrial visit to develop the student ability. It is the opportunity for the
students to show their skill and efficiency student will able to develop their internal strength by
the industrial visit. I have completed my industrial visit of CABROL PVT LTD.
By the industrial visit, we learned many partial views and different types of plan
organization. During the visit of different department of organization and have prepared a project
report on this industrial which shows the history, department and performance of the company in
detail as given.

Saving the environment is now an “ALERT” situation. With the growing global warming effects,
it should be the duty of every human being to contribute for the betterment of the environment.
Major Business houses around the world have started contributing and take actions against this
problem, trying to make the world a better place. This eco friendly path will save the
environment and is a step towards the better future of the coming generations. On these
guidelines, we were born with an eco friendly idea in 1997.
We all are aware about cables which are one of the classic inventions of the last century and
which has changed our lives. It touches our lives in many ways directly or indirectly. Wooden
drums are still one of the major carriers on which these cables are rolled for the purpose of
logistic management. In this space, we have 'reinvented the wheel' by introducing cost effective
eco friendlier steel cable drums instead of wooden cable drums. We call them as "CABROL".
Apart from being eco friendly, we have few better benefits than current conventional wooden
drums.
Our products help to add little green to the globe we are staying in. With this project we are able
to contribute to save the trees. We are proud to consider our business as the one which makes the
globe a greener place. Hence, by associating with us would just no be a mere business but also
joining the league of making world a better place.

Shah Fabricators Pvt. Ltd is a small company, which from its experience in fabrications industry
and its eagerness to help the environment came up with the idea of fabricating Steel cable drums
in early 90s.
It was a tough time for the company to convince clients for steel cable drums as a substitute of
wooden cable drums. After a losses in the company for consequent years during the introduction
stage, and with a ‘not giving up’ attitude the company managed to convince clients for steel
cable drums. With experience, now the clients understand the benefits of using the steel cable
drums, and they prefer steel cable drums over wooden cable drums.
In near future we are planning to come up with a new business plan for our clients. This plan is
for the benefits of the clients, where they would get the same thing for less. Our current business
trend is to sell drums, but in our new plan, we plan it to lease for a pre decided period. Definitely,
leasing would be at least 30% cheaper than buying the cable reels.
One of our other future plans includes, plastic drums required for the consumer applications and
also the cable companies with smaller sizes.
We plan to grow gradually and diversify our businesses in long term.

Human factor which refers to a one human resource used in the process of working and
manufacturing. the management of human resource and making them to work according to the
policy of the company is a very difficult task in the business organization. It is a challenging

The total number of employees in the Cabrol pvt ltd is 56,only at the working level. Overall total
number of employees including managerial level is about 8 in all departments. So, the total
number of employees in Cabrol pvt ltd is about 64.
TIME KEEPING SYSTEM
For keeping the employees absenteeism record and leaves record, there is separate time keeping
office in Cabrol pvt ltd at Halvad District in Surendranagar. The main function of time keeping
are to see whether the employee are present as working place or not. The time keeping system
provides the information to the human resource department manager about the total number of
employees remained present in the company on particular days, and also provides the
information of production done during the respective days by the workers. From this the HR
manager able to know the working performance in the manufacturing process or in
administrative process of the different employee’s, this is mainly helpful in deciding the wages
of the daily worker in the company.
