The bang made many great hits besides Renegade. Some of them were such songs as “Come Sail Away,” “Lady,” and “Babe.” Most of their songs were Hard Rock hits but the band wasn’t always as successful. In there early years, the band was not very well known. This was until they made there breakthrough song “Lady,” which started to be played through the radio mainstream.
Renegade•The song was made in 1978 and first appeared in the album “Pieces of Eight.” The song is based on an outlaw telling the story of how he is to be executed and is on the run from the law. One of the mos known lines from the song is “Hangman is coming down from the gallows and I don’t have very long.”
Why I Chose This
I chose this song and band because it is my favorite song. I love this song because when I was little, my dad would always play it in his car and on the way to sporting events.
