RESEARCH METHODOLOGYResearch Design : Exploratory researchExploratory research is a type of research conducted for a problem that
has not been clearly defined. Exploratory research helps determine the best research design, data collection method and selection of subjects. It should draw definitive conclusions only with extreme caution. Given its fundamental nature, exploratory research often concludes that a perceived problem does not actually exist.
Sampling design : Systematic sampling and convenience sampling.
Sampling Plan: Primary data from Pune (ISB&M) SAMPLE SIZE: 75 (50 % of male & 50% of female)
Contd……..Data source : I have collected my research
data from secondary as well as primary sources survey.
Secondary data :Magazines, Catalogue, Books Newspapers & Internet.
Primary data: - Observations, focus groups, surveys, behavioural data & experiments
Questionnaire Questionnaire contains 60 question & is
being distributed to 70 students( 50% male and 50% females) in order to know which group is better at managing behavior in an organization
The age group of the students is 20-30yrs
