Bridge the Cultural Islands

Bridge the Cultural Islands is a real life experience of behaviour, conven-tions and norms in different business cultures. We create small virtual ‘islands’ where the participants can go and enjoy the experience of being integrated in other cultures. Native consultants from China, Russia, Mexi-co, Africa, UK and Denmark are waiting for the participants and will lead diversified and exiting culture events on each island. They will help the participants to increase their understanding of different business cultures and develop their intercultural skills while having a great experience.

The program is designed with large amount of project work, discussions and real case practice. The participants will travel between the cultural islands and frequently change their cultural perspective to challenging situations. The event will provide a different mindset and help to develop creative business solutions.

Program details

Training in business cultureThe native consultant will lead the team to experience different aspects of daily business activities in the various cultures, including decision mak-ing, strategy creation, teamwork, meeting culture, hierarchy, appraisal behaviour, work relationship and conflict management.
