Offloading of oil/seawater slurry from skimming vessels, separation and transport of oil/seawater slurry to reclamation facilities

Description of Products, Services, Capabilities, NAICS Codes Boston-based bluewater Hld. Corp. has a large fleet of specialized recycler trucks (see attached photo) designed to separate and process contaminants from water, and well suited to handle the oil/seawater mix generated from high-volume skimming operations. These trucks are 50 percent larger than conventional septic processors, making hauling more costand energy-efficient; they have onboard separators that remove the seawater from the oil, allowing the oil to be concentrated before, rather than after, transport; and they have an especially powerful vacuum-pumping technology that ideal for collecting and separating crude oil from salt water. bluewater's recycler trucks would be able to empty the holding tanks of skimmer vessels, separate the seawater from the oil and other contaminants and transport both oil and effluent to appropriate destinations. Under contract to BP or its designee, and at favorable rates, bluewater can deliver up to ten (10) of our recycler trucks to any Gulf state location designate within no more than ten (10) days. Bluewater can supply operating personnel but would be happy to train local operators, thereby providing jobs to those whose employment has been disrupted by the ongoing oil spill. Please note that bluewater also provides a wide range of advanced trenchless solutions for pipes of all kinds, including high-temperature, high-pressure pipes. In fact, our bluesteam technology should be familiar to BP officials, since it is a specially reformulated version of the same type of ceramic epoxy used in the lining of oil pipes designed to handle the high pressures and temperatures of deep land drilling operations. Oil absorption material, especially used in shoreline protection

Green Oil absorbents have been used by Finnish rescue service departments for shoreline protection more than 10 years. Material is made from mineral wool to create an ultra-absorbent material that feels like a sheep's wool. It is natural and non-toxic even when left in the environment. It is unsinkable and can absorb oil up to 8.65 times its own weight. Each package size is 20 Kg. (44 pounds). At the moment we are able to produce 200 tonnes (tonne=1000 Kg ) of Green Oil absorbent material within one week (about the capacity of one airplane ) and 2,000 tonnes (tonne=1000 Kg ) within about 6 weeks ( which is approximately the capacity of 2000 tonnes (tonne=1000Kg) cargo vessel, which we can get within 7 days ). Another material we have is Green Oil plates ( 1200x600x30 mm ) and absorption capacity of that is 21.7 Kg/m2. Production time of that product is still open. Green Oil plates are also reusable during the action which lowers to costs and manpower needed. A shoreline could be protected by spreading material near to the shore to create a floating zone of oil absorbing material. That zone could act as a boom, in which any oil that which escapes the regular boom would be kept in the absorbing zone.Material can be added from shore and by that way push/keep the oil away from the shore.NAICS Code: Oil spill cleanup services 562910

1) EBS MicroStar is a broad spectrum bacterial formulation of eight bacterial strains combined with a micronutrient supplement. The bacterial count is 1 billion per gram, product density is 0.9 -1.0 g/cc, and the package sizes are 1 lb water soluble bags and 25 lbs per 5 gal bucket. 2) The BAC units are used for growing up our dry product at or near the site of application to produce up to 1000 times as much live bacteria in 24 hours compared to our dry product. This dramatically decreases the cost of bioremediation compared to other vendors' products and produces a concentrated liquid mixture that is easier to apply to the affected area. We are in the process of designing a BAC unit that can be loaded onto a boat so the product can be sprayed along a shoreline directly from the BAC unit in the boat. NAICS 424690.

Autonomous Environmental Sampling Precision Metrology Systems Engineering

The ARGUS (for Autonomous Remote Global Underwater Surveillance) system is a maritime sensor platform designed to autonomously acquire and process geolocated sensor data from existing equipment installed on marine vessels routinely transiting coastal and inland waterways. GPS or chartplotter output is merged with that from an onboard commercially available water quality monitoring system of the customer's choice, and automatically harvested through any means of wireless connectivity available. The standard WiFi configuration provides inexpensive offshore Internet connectivity and the option for a secure intranet communications network. The concurrent acquisition of water depths is also standard. Through a business partnership, ARGUS has access to approximately 100 vessels-of-opportunity operating in the Gulf of Mexico, providing minimal cost mobile sampling platforms. CTSW specializes in reclaiming and recycling "waste" into renewable and reusable resources. Our process cleanly and quietly heats waste in a inert atmosphere. The reactor super-heats the waste in an oxygen-free environment, therefore no air pollutants. Our systems are customized for our customers to provide waste processing capacity from 10 tons per day to 100 tons per day. We also offer project management, construction and start-up commissioning and ongoing operational managment support services to our customers. CTSW engineers, manufactures and operates leading edge waste management technologiess that have significant contributions to: Carbon Footprin Reduction, National Energy independence, Cleaner Burning Fuels, Waste Reduction.

CTSW is a minority owned enterprise, led by former Fortune 500 CEO, Llyod Ward. As an environmental friendly and highly profitable process, our thermal conversion fulfills major unmet market needs. CTSW has proven technology that has been tested and approved in Kuwait to clean-up "mud-oil" created by spills from normal oil drilling. this allows the recovery of the sand and the oil. The use of thermal conversion was evaluated by exxon in the 80's and approved. Due to the low cost of crude oil and high cost of thermal conversion the process was not used. Crude Oil prices are now considerably lower, which makes the technology profitable. Tetrasolv can provide biological treatment for the removal of hydrocarbons. Our mobile slurry systems would go to site, spray biological slurry onto the open ocean, beaches, and marshlands that are contaminated, or that require protection. Within 48 hours, results should be visible. Monitoring will determine if further treatments are necessary, possibly 7 days later for biological enhancement. Only byproducts from treatment are CO2, H2O and amino acids / proteins which are food source for small organisms. Besides bioremediation, Tetrasolv provides all types of mechanical filtration including sand, activated carbon and organo clay. We produce mobile systems up to 2000 gpm.

Our emphasis is the purification of water through biological or conventional treatments.

Information Technology

Utilized Standards of Good Practice guidelines published by the Information Security Forum and the National Institute of Standards and Technology publications. We designed a secure replacement procedure for change management at the managerial and end user levels using workflow documents. Also, explored critical applications from Information Security, disaster recovery, and user maintenance prospective and recommended solutions that aligned with known security issues. Developed changes to current computer installation procedures that increased security while reducing cost and reducing security profile. Developed methods for increasing network security by re-aligning network data flow to keep sensitive data housed in server farms and not flowing across non-secured wires. Evaluated backup and anti-virus solutions and designed methods for creating a seamless network with redundant fail-over. NAICS: 541511, 541512, 541513, 541519, 541611, 561210, 541618, 611420
