DIFFICULTY LEVEL: FUN & SIMPLE

materials:

Place a piece of 12x12 White Tissuestock onto a craft mat and spritz with Glimmer Mist.Dry the misted Tissuestock with a heat gun. Use a circle punch to cut the Tissuestock into circles. Prepare the canvas to absorb color by misting liberally with water. Place the Tissuestock circles onto the wet canvas. Once the canvas is covered, mist again with water. Let sit for 30 minutes. Remove the Tissue stock from the canvas. Save the tissue circles for another project!
