special event commemorating the anniversary of
the Coventry Blitz.
On Saturday 17th November, we’ll be turning back
the clock at three of Coventry’s most iconic sites, to
offer a variety of family activities aimed at giving
children a glimpse into the past, to see what their
lives might have been like during the 1940s.
With different activities at each location, you can
spend the whole day enjoying make do and
mend, wartime cooking, codebreaking and
first aid, collecting stamps on this sheet for
each activity you complete – or simply drop in
and have a go at one or two.
Everyone who collects three or more
stamps will receive a special Blitz Family
Day badge, and can enter a prize draw to
win a Blitz Goody Bag!
