This is where the following activities take place:

a. Bet Placement

b. Pay outs

c. Generation of Reports

This requires individual username and password.

Click the slipstream icon on your desktop

Click run

Input your username & password and click Log-in button

Upon login, “cash

details” window will

appear

Cashier will have to

perform a count of

actual cash in the cash

box

appear if there’s a

difference in the

actual cash on hand

Staff can make an

adjustment or

correction

Adjustment comment for

any discrepancy will serve

as an Incident Report that

will automatically be sent

to the relevant

department/person.

directed to the betting homepage

In the betting home page you can also search

for the specific event for quick viewing

At the upper right of the page are the following

tabs:

1. Ticket tab - use for checking ticket status

and claiming of winnings.

2. Reports tab use to generate transaction

history and other datas.

3) Under “Tools” tab are the following:

Reset - Use to remove initial betting details for input of new set of bettor’s name and age

Reprint Last - Use to reprint the last transaction you made when printer error is encountered.

Other Transactions Tab – Use to input the following transactions:

a.) Bank Transfer

b.) Interoutlet

c.) Telebet Deposit/Withdrawal

d.) ATM Deposit

e.) Philweb Top Up Transactions

**A receipt will be printed for every above transactions. This includes: reference no.; date & time; amount; cashier name; nature of transaction..

End shift- Use for turn

over of shift. A cash

details will appear

again, cashier needs

to input the actual

cash on hand.

BETTING TERMINAL

Upon confirming cash details, staff will be directed to Shift Summary Report.

Logout- to exit the betting terminal. Once Logout, the Shift Summary will be printed together with the Shift Details. This will be keep for filing.

BET PLACEMENT Input Customer’s name and age from valid ID

You may drop down Customer’s bday as an option

and it will automatically display his/her age

Player may now place his bet

Click the selection and it will display under

betslip

Other matches will display an orange button

with number, just click it and it will display other

available bet types on that event

Once selection is confirmed, click “single 1 bet”

tab on the lower right.

Enter the bet amount, confirm the bet details,

receive the payment and click “confirm”

After confirming the bet, a message will display

as “you have successfully place the bet”

Only ONE bar-coded ticket for customer will be

printed. No more signature required from either

cashier or customer.

For multiple bet, just select another event as if you

were placing a single bet

• Additional selections will be added under bet slip

For more than 2 selections, just click the grey

scrollbar on the lower right to view other

multiple bet options

Collect the winning ticket from the bettor

together with the valid ID

Verify the shop name, bettor may only claim his

winnings at the branch where he place his bet

Check the status of the ticket in the betting

terminal

PAYOUT PROCESS

Go to the homepage, click the “Ticket” tab

Scan the bet ticket or enter the barcode

number manually and press enter

If there is a payment amount due, click

“confirm” and receipt will be printed

If ticket is created from a different shop a

message will appear as :

No need for the

customer to sign the

winning bet ticket as

acknowledgement

Give the “PAID OUT”

ticket to the customer

Stamp or write “Paid” to

the winning ticket and

file.
