• All stores participate • Maybe around holiday (4th of July, Labor or Memorial

weekend)• Family members invited• GMs/Management team cooks and serves food (???)• Team-Building Competition

BIC Picnic

• Each store has a team (must participate)• Team must have at least 1 from each

department• Each team must have equal amount of

participants • Team winner gets a prize and “Best in Class”

trophy– Night at Extreme Karting– Night at Dave and Busters

Could we pull off North versus South? Winners get a weekend away (in place of above suggestions) and compete in a Winner take all. The overall winning team wins “Best in Class” trophy; which will be kept at their store for 1 year.
