What happens if one of my students stops paying?Youhave24/7onlineviewingofyourstudentportfolio,soyouwillalwaysknowhoweachandeveryoneofyouraccountsispaying.Ifoneofyouraccountsbe-comes10dayslate,a“LateNotice”issenttothestudent.Iftheaccountbecomes31dayslate,asecondnoticeismailedfollowedbyfriendlybutfirmtelephonecallstoremindthestudentofthepaymentthatisdue,andtheaccountisreport-edlatetothecreditbureau.Ifstillnotpaidwithin45days,anotherlatenoticewillbemailedandtheaccountmaybecalleddailyencouragingthestudenttobringtheaccountcurrent.Ifafterrepeatedattemptstocollecttheaccount,thataccountbecomes90days late and is transferred toour collectiondivision forenhancedcollectionactivityincluding3callsperdaytoeachnumberonfile.

Do you work with schools that do not have accreditation?Weworkwithbothaccreditedandunaccreditedschools.
Do you require a cosigner? Cosignersarenotrequired;however,theymaybeofhelpincollectingyourmoneyifthestudentbecomespastdue.Webelieve,whilenotrequired,itisalwaysadvisabletouseacosigner.Ifyourstudentbecomes late,wealwayscontactthecosignerbymailandbytelephonetoimproveourchancesofcollectingyourmoney.Themoreinformationwehaveforeachstudent,thebetterreceivablesflow.
