. 1. In line with the DepEd mandates in the achievement of goals set forth toimprove student outcomes, develops a detailed plan encompassingactions, roles, responsibilities, timelines and success criteria for t}:e next12 months, you are hereby directed to submit your respective AnnualImplementation Plan for F"Y 2020 and FY 2O2l on or before January 18,242L.
2. The said AIP is aimed to:a. To improve the three key result area in basic education: access,
quality, and governance;
tt. To be used try Division Appraisal Committee {DAC) in providingtechnical assistance to School Heads on areas which includesSchool Operating Budget (SOB), Human Resource Development
{HRD}, Curriculum Implementation and Development {CID}, SchoalGovernance and Operations;
c. To have a consolidated Division AIP; andd. To be utilized by the Division, Region and Central O{Iice for policy
and decision making towards a sound educationai program for ttreFiscatr Year.
3. It is expected that all concerned shal1 submit the said documeats basedon the format attached herewith as Enclosure Number 1.
