Rejected materialism and portrayed the human condition in an explicit way.

A juvenile stereotype, especially distinguished by their way of dressing.
Stressed artistic self-expression and the rejection of the mores of conventional society.

CharacteristicsTheir fashion was related to an attitude inclined to laziness, sex without boundaries, violence, vandalism and delinquent gangs.

What does it consist of?
Our event is a party/reunion for all the beatniks that are still among us nowadays.
It will be a major artistic/cultural event with activities that they liked to do.
A 1950s art exhibition, live jazz music, bongos available and of course, for the ones interested, a beatnik-styled poetry contest.
