Dear Children,
Let us welcome Summer! The hair gets lighter, Skin gets darker, Water gets warmer,
Drinks get colder! Life gets better. Let us pledge to be POSITIVE, Say "I can," instead of “Ï can't”.
Be OPTIMISTIC. Remember you are in charge. Be THANKFUL. Forget about regret.
Do nice things for others. Don't look back you're not going that way.
Dear Children,
“One's destination is never a place but a new way of seeing things". The silver lining of vacation promotes
creativity, strength, relieve stress, rejuvenate, reinvigorate, better sleep, enhance memory, prevent burnouts
and build lasting memories. The summer vacation is the most unenviable part of school life which resume
with new energies. It is the peak time for all to refresh, recoup and build up innovative strategies for the
coming future. It gives the time to think about the past, channelize present and plan for the future. "We need
to make do with small BREAKS”. BLPS provides valuable experiences in which children can know about
themselves and the world around them. I would like to thank all members of school and parents for
Supporting us and great wishes in advance for continuing during the summer. Dear students Tide over the
unbearable heat and make up your deficiencies. Happy Vacations.. GOD BLESS US ALL!
Calligraphy Competition:
Being new to Kapurthala, I and my family were quite reluctant to shift to the city. Out of the well known schools, we
selected Bawa-Lalvani school for our kids. To our surprise, our kids easily accustomed into the school environment.
As a parent, I feel much contended to see my kids happily going to school every morning and coming back full of
energy. I am glad to have made a correct choice of school for my kids.
School hosted a Calligraphy contest Dt: 7/5/2016. The
Students were enlightened about the general saying that
learning calligraphy can refine one’s temperament. But which
aspect of one’s temperament is refined? Indeed, through
copying model calligraphy, we can become a person of
strong observance, intricate mind, subtlety and responsibility

On 3 May 2016, I rejoined my previous school “Bawa-Lalvani
Public School”. I came here very late because I decided to stay in
hostel for the next 4 years . I came back in this school after spending
a month in my hostel. I came here from Unison World School ,
Dehradun . I am very happy to rejoin my previous school . My
teachers and friends helped me to complete and revise my work and principal
mam also took special care of me. Each and every teacher explained me
everything in a very interesting way. I also got special revision worksheets from
my subject teachers. During my free lessons, I took extra classes from my
teachers. Now I think that I am ready for my exams. Truly this could not be
possible without our cooperative teachers and principal.

Mother’s Day Celebration:
Mother's Day event was celebrated at the School-
with fervor by Kindergarten Students to honour and
respect Mothers. It was celebrated to salute the
motherhood as well as to increase the influence of
mothers in the society. Kindergartners performed
by expressing something about their mothers
through poem recitation, speech narration, dancing,
singing, conversation etc. Mothers of the small
students were especially invited in the school to be a
part of the celebration!
