Monarto zoo has around 15 giraffes! The keepers can identify them from their different skin patterns. That‟s a lot of pattern to remember!
The huge Monarto Zoo has many animals Woko and Adis have never seen before, one of them is the very rare Eastern Bongo from Africa & Bison

Adis saw how the students were really excited to learn about wildlife & especially about Orangutan habitat. Angela , the educator was explaining the threats that
Orangutans face in the wild today.
Another education program that makes Adisreally excited was about
Awareness Career Day, in this class some zoo staff talked about their job
experience in the zoo. The class was led by John, one
of education officer in Adelaide zoo.
