Bahamas Travel Packages - Hotel, Ferry, and Bus

Pelican Bay and Grand Lucayan are the host hotels for the Bahamas Sports Festival. They are the two most beautiful hotels in Freeport and space is limited. Both hotels have access to the beach, world class pools, restaurants, shops, casino, marketplace, nightly entertainment and much more. Click here to learn more about the 4 Star Hotels. Packages will include ferry rides to Grand Bahama Island provided by Balearia Bahamas Express. Cruises depart at 8am and return at 7pm every day. Transportation on the island is provided by S&D Coach Tours. They will provide deluxe bus transportation for your pickup and dropoff at the port as well as to and from the hotel and fields. As part of the Bahamas Sports Festival you can also enjoy discounted prices at our sponsored restaurants.  

PASSPORT INFO

Passports are not required to travel to the Bahamas by ferry. You only need a valid birth certificate. (Original or issued by Vital Statistics)

The Grand Lucayan allows a maximum of 4 guests per room except for the Deluxe Suites. Everyone staying there must be assigned to a room and will be given a bracelet for access to the resort amenities including pools and private beach access. The Pelican Bay does allow up to 5 guests per room and they are more spacious.

There is an additional $17 resort and service charge per person per night when there are more than 2 adults in a Grand Lucayan room. No additional fees for the Pelican Bay.
