Part – 1: Body:
1. Create the sketch as shown in figure
2. Use Protrusion command to create the 3D feature, width 36 mm

3. Use mirror copy feature (smart option), mirror other side of the body
Select feature � Right click to accept �Select mirror plane � Finish

Part – 1: Body:1. Select top surface plane,
2. Create the sketch on top face of the body as shown in figure
3. Use cutout command to create the 3D feature shown in figure, show outside cutout
while creating cutout.
4. Use from/ to option, select top and bottom surface of the body

Part – 1: Body:1. Select bottom plane, Create the sketch by selecting bottom face as shown in figure
3. Use cut out, depth 2 mm.

Use mirror copy feature (smart option), mirror all features to other side of the body
Select all features to be mirrored (Hold Ctrl Key and edge bar to select) � Right click to accept
�Select mirror plane � Finish

Part – 4: Bearing top half1. Save the previous part (part.3- Bottom half) file as
Bearing top half2. Delete unwanted, create hole as shown.

Part - 5: Bolt M10
1. Select top plane, create sketch as shown in fig.
2. Select xz plane, create sketch as shown, use revolved cut out to create bolt
chamfer as shown.

Part – 6: Nut M10
1. Select top plane
2. Crete the sketch as shown in figure
3. Use symmetric protrusion command, height-8mm to create features as
shown in figure. Create threaded hole as shown.

4. Select XZ plane, create sketch as shown in fig. use revolved cutout (outside cut) to create
features as shown in figure. Mirror to other side.
Part – 7: Lock Nut M10
Save the previous file( M10 Nut) as lock Nut M10, change the
protrusion height to 5mm.
