2_ Economy : Decrease the coast of the plot unit by enhance the size and shape of the plot for example : semi attached or total attached plots

- To provide practical, functional and usable open spaces relative to the site requirements.
- Support a safe and enjoyable driving experience.
- Integrate the upgraded highway and its associated structures and landforms with the surroundings, enhancing visual connection to significant landscape features.
