Literacy: ● Read Clever Jack Takes the Cake (pgs. 366-383 Anthology) and complete the
questions in your packet. ● Read Juanita and the Beanstalk (pgs 334-337 Readers/Writers Workshop Book)
and complete the worksheet in your packet. (see the example I filled in for Clever Jack if you get stuck.)
● Complete the vocabulary worksheets (one for each word, the first is done for you as an example.)
● Read at least 20 minutes each day (you can read to yourself, to someone else, to a stuffed animal, etc.)
Writing: ● Complete the 2 writing worksheets.
Brain Boost: ● Get 60 minutes of physical activity a day. Break it up and make it fun :) ● Do the activities on Coach Hassell’s Sheet!
Math: ● Day 1 complete pages 459-460 in your math workbook ● Day 2 complete pages 461-462 in your math workbook ● Day 3 complete pages 463-464 in your math workbook ● Day 4 complete pages 465-466 in your math workbook
Speech-Language Practice (optional for other students): ● While doing your 20 minutes of reading for the day, notice each word with your
speech sound (r, th, or s). When you find a word with your sound, say it three times. Go as fast or slow as you can to have perfect speech sounds!
Social Emotional Learning ● Look at the “Feelings Chart” from Ms. S-K. Think about how you are feeling this
week. Feel free to share your feelings with a parent or guardian.
