• Mac OS X Leopard was made by Apple and released October 26 2007
• Was released after Tiger.
• Also Named Mac 10.5
How It Differs from other OS
• Unlike Microsoft, It doesn’t support games
• Unlike Linux it’s not free
• The desktop is just a bar and introduces the “fan” option.
How it can be Used in the Workplace
• Since it is goes around $120.00, I suggest it for small tech businesses, such as website design, or video editing.
• There is a server disk for 10 clients for $999
Recommended Hardware Requirements
• Processor must be any Intel, PowerPC G5 or G4 (867 MHz and faster)
• DVD drive (for installation of the operating system)
• At least 512 MB of RAM
• At least 9 GB of disk space available

• For a five user family pack is $199.00
• For a ten user server is $999.00
