Led introduction of a CRO’s operational excellence programme. One-day in-house and off-site courses on Lean and Six Sigma.
One-day in-house and off-site courses and publication (!) on Change Management.
Led cross-R&D champions group and one of four trainers for introduction of operational excellence (lean and six sigma). Led global R&D organisational change programme (governance and processes) using lean and six sigma.
