NBN Co - New to the World and New to Agile
• NBN Co is a Government Business Enterprise (GBE) formed in July 2009 to design, build and operate the National Broadband Network (NBN). The NBN will enable high speed broadband to be delivered to all Australian households, businesses and enterprises through a combination of fibre, wireless and satellite technology.

– Focus on:• Collaborating with your business stakeholders• Prioritising business value• Getting things done, in a sustainable way• Being transparent

• Becoming agile is an organisational change that takes time and effort• Don’t expect overnight success• Remember to iterate this too!• Plan for the long term and remember to always focus on delivery• Don’t forget this is all about people, culture, and developing a suitable
environment for change and growth.
