Test conditions and Assumptions
1. Calibration is for pure methane and propane only. Common CNG and LPG automotive fuels may vary significantly in composition, with significant calibration effects.
2. Injector is driven using AFS 8 Amp:2 Amp custom driver circuit. Other driver circuits will affect injector dynamics and therefore flow calibration.
3. Tests conducted at 90 kPa atmospheric pressure. Flow rate will increase with increased atmospheric pressure. 4. Backpressure at the injector outlet is assumed to be atmospheric pressure. Flow rates will change with backpressure created by
installation plumbing or other application details. 5. Calibration is for gas at 30oC
