you to come for a relaxing, restful, restorative day planned with
you in mind. The day will offer prayer, suggestions on self-care,
Mass, lunch, optional time for sharing, and time for resting in the
Lord. Since you give so much of yourself, this day is designed to
minister to you to be a receiver of care, grace, and spiritual
nourishment.
