Benefits of using rhymes, chants and songs in English teaching

Children love rhythm, music and movement. Contributes to young children’s social, linguistic

and emotional development. Get children’s attention and keep their interest. Encourage children to produce language in way

that is natural, spontaneous and enjoyable. Promotes the development of positive attitudes

and motivation toward learning a foreign language.
