-Katie Fletcher and
Jackson Newlan
Hi everyone. This is Katie and
Jackson getting very excited for
our FIRST Girgarre news report.
First let us tell you about some
upcoming events for Girgarre.
First of all the cottage is having a
school holiday movie program. It
will be for all ages. Here are the
session times:
Monday 30th June 10:30am to
12:30pm
58546482. If your child is under 10
then they must be accompanied
by an adult.
Have you heard of the Ken Dun
stall’s pet competition? It is a
great way for your dog to get
recognised. If you call into the
cottage they will scan a photo of
your cute little pet and they will
give it to Ken Dunstall to judge.
This will happen every month.
Winners will receive a $20 Dun-
stalls’ voucher and runners up
may enter again.
Just recently the cottage held a
#2: Reach great accomplish-
ments.
#3: Be nice in the game :)
#4: Have FUN!
So how the game works is
there is a ball and a grade 6
and great stuntmen risking
their lives to do stupid things.
The grade 6s have to at least
accomplish something stupid
by the end of the day.
Previously there has been
good behaviour
So I think we should keep it
up!!!
EDITOR’S NOTE: We do not
condone this game. –Libby.
-Jay Westley
In the playground there has
been a grade 6 take-over.
They have started a spectacu-
lar fun new game called great
accomplishments.
Here are the rules:
# 1: You have to have a ball.

“Biggest Morning Tea”. It raises
money for cancer. There was a
great turn up and lots of people
attending. Everyone got leftovers
just like Sandy from the Post
office.
Now before we finish up we just
want to say that the cottage has
been collecting old mobile
phones for 3rd world countries. It
is a great cause and everyone
should pitch in.
