GENERAL INFORMATION
ARRIVAL: Registration begins at 9:00a.m.on Monday morning
Orientation will begin at 11:00 a.m.
DEPARTURE: Teen Week 10:30 am. on Saturday
ALL others 10:30 am. on Friday
WHAT TO BRING:
**Bible, pencil and paper
**Sleeping bag or blanket and sheet, pillow,
**Towels, washcloths, soap/shampoo, toothbrush/toothpaste,
deodorant.
**Modest swimsuit, enough clothes for the week, tennis shoes, flip
flops are not recommended as primary footwear, nice clothing for
evening chapel, jacket **Flashlight with extra batteries.
DRESS STANDARDS: All Clothing must be modest! Our desire
is to teach campers how to honor God with everything we do.
Shorts: Should be mid-thigh or longer (No cheerleader shorts)
Shirts: No Spaghetti straps or lowcut shirts. Tank tops (if worn)
need to have 2 inch or wider straps. No under garments should
be visible. No curse words or offensive images on shirts.
Swimsuits: Girls: One piece or dark t-shirt worn over any other
type. Guys: Trunk type swimsuit – No Speedos.
Evening Service: We encourage you to wear nicer clothes for
evening chapel – No Shorts. Dresses/skirts should be knee
length or longer. Leggings must be covered to the mid-thigh
DO NOT BRING: CELL PHONES, tablets, smart watches,
handheld gaming devices, playing cards (Pokémon, magic cards,
or any thing like them), music devices, weapons, knives, drugs,
alcoholic beverages, tobacco in any form, and electronic smoking
devices are strictly prohibited. (Camp directors have the authority
to confiscate similar items that are not specifically listed based on
their discretion.)
Campers who insist on violating these guidelines are
subject to dismissal at their parents’ expense.
NOTE FOR PARENTS/GUARDIAN OF CAMPER:
We are asking that parent/guardian prepare their campers in
accordance with the above guidelines. It is our desire to
provide all our young people with this special atmosphere
and also to challenge them to live above the worldly
standards of our society. Therefore the standard of modesty
will be observed for all campers.
SIGN OUT POLICY: Parents/guardian, please be aware that we
have a sign out policy. All persons able to pick up your camper
MUST BE LISTED ON THE CAMP REGISTRATION FORM.

into that grade this fall.

< Registration For Camp >
-All campers MUST be pre-registered.
-Campers are only allowed to come to one week
of camp this year.
-Campers will be pre-assigned to a cabin and
there will be no changes
-Should the camper want to be in a cabin with
another camper, you and the other
camper MUST write it on your pre-
registration form. NO EXCEPTIONS and
NO CHANGES after arriving at camp.
-Medications—All medications must be in the
original packaging. Each over the
counter medications must have written
out doses that your camper takes. All
medications must be placed in a Ziplock
or similar type bag with your campers
name on it and all written instructions
for the camp nurse. This bag will be
handed to the camp nurse at check in.
-The snack shack will not be accepting cash this
year. You MUST turn in your money at
check in. Snack Shack MUST be in
separate ziplock type bag with a paper
listing the campers name and the
amount of money in bag. Please turn it
in at check in.
