Eligible Renters. Provider will assess an additional charge when the Eligible Renter
is between the ages of twenty-one (21) and twenty-four (24), provided the rental is
pursuant to this Agreement. Customer may be required to verify the Eligible
Renter status of any person claiming to be an employee or other Eligible Renter of
Customer in the event that person has or causes an accident. If Customer does not
verify the Eligible Renter status of the person in question, Provider will not provide
any of the Driver Protection Products afforded to Eligible Renters hereunder to that
person unless required by applicable law.
