Ms. Margaret McBride is a Senior Project Manager with 15 years of project management, design
and site experience encompassing a wide range of disciplines including geotechnical, civil,
structural, and environmental. Margaret’s work experience includes the investigation, design, and
construction and rehabilitation of tunnels (drill and blast and TBM), highways, rail, ports, bridges,
residential and commercial property, pipelines and power stations (including nuclear). Past project
roles include portfolio manager, project manager, discipline lead, interpretative report writing and
detailed design including pile design, foundation design, earthworks design, soil nail design and

the specifications and managing the activities of the geotechnical site and design team for the T2
tunnel ground investigation and Resident Engineer during construction.

Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit (ECLRT), Metrolinx/IO, Toronto, ON Senior Project Engineer responsible for Instrumentation and Monitoring contract management,
including coordination of sub-consultant exp, review of contractor submittals, review of sub-
consultant QA/QC procedures, Health and Safety documentation and procedures, monitoring of
VDV web-based monitoring system, daily monitoring reports, response action reports, weekly and
monthly monitoring and progress reports, site meetings, instrumentation installation and condition
reports, permission to enter and precondition survey reports, RFI’s and liaison with HMM design
team, Construction Management site based team and Metrolinx. The ECLRT Project is a 19km
planned corridor with a 10km underground portion and represents a $5.3billion investment of a $50
billion, 25 year regional transport plan for Toronto and the largest transit expansion in the history of
Toronto.

Massachusetts, USA
Responsible for the review of the specification for the interconnections on this US$5.4M project,
which was a Massachusetts Water Resources Authority 17-mile-long tunnel that carries most of
metropolitan Boston's water supply.
Pipelines/Marine Terminals
Confidential Client - LNG Marine Terminal and Uplands Design, Kitimat, BC,
Canada. Senior geotechnical assistance for data gap analysis of existing information for front-end engineering
design (FEED), detailed design phases, and liquefaction assessment for FEED phase of export
terminal.
Rio Tinto Alcan (RTA) - Terminal C Port Development, Kitimat, BC, Canada. Senior geotechnical assistance for liquefaction assessment and pile design for FEED phase of port
development project. Proposed port infrastructure consisting of pile supported Terminal C wharf,
barge berth, and confined disposal facility for dredge sediment.
Triton LPG Partnership - LPG Export Terminal, Surrey, BC, Canada. Senior geotechnical assistance for Basis of Design for pre-FEED feasibility assessment of Liquefied
Petroleum Gas (LPG) export terminal. Terminal infrastructure comprising LPG tanks, flare, loading
arms, dock facility, refrigeration units, and rail car handling infrastructure. Responsible for feasibility
level geotechnical input to support site selection and general arrangement, as well as pre FEED cost
estimate.
Mine Remediation
Government of Yukon Energy, Mines and Resources - Assessment and Abandoned Mines
(AAM)- Clinton Creek Mine Reclamation Assessment, Clinton Creek Mine, YT, Canada. Project Manager for replacement of drop structures, damaged as a result of high water flows from
Hudgeon Lake. Channel protection is required as erosion is impacting the stability of the adjacent
waste rock pile. Senior Engineering Geologist for the Mine Engineering Review, and Channel Risk
Assessment. The project involved advancing the engineering on various reclamation options for the
tailings deposit and waste rock dumps at the site to allow for generation of sufficiently accurate cost
estimates to feed into a Life Cycle Cost Analysis.
Government of Yukon Energy, Mines and Resources - Assessment and Abandoned Mines
(AAM)- Faro Mine Dam Safety Review, Faro, YT, Canada Senior Engineering Geologist for the 2014 Dam Safety Review of the Faro Mine. An abandoned lead
and zinc mine, the site is currently maintained by the Government of Yukon awaiting reclamation.
The site has three dams, impounding tailings and contaminated water, all of which were inspected in
2014.
