1. Content of deliverable 6.2 The main milestones which have been achieved in this deliverable are the following:
Creation of a public website available at the URL http://cloudopting.eu
Set up of various social media channels with the objective to foster the effective dissemination of the project, its progress and outputs
Thus, this document shows and presents the status of this set of web tools, newly implemented at the contractual date of the delivery (30th of May 2014): all the screenshots have been made on this day, and then collected and provided in this document. The deliverable starts by presenting the features of the website designed for the project. Then, its structure and contents are described in detail, presenting the pages one by one. Zyncro website is also presented in short, as is the additional tool that will be used as a central documentation repository. Finally, the various social media channels to help creating a networked community and fostering the project are also reported. This document shows that, after the first three months of project activities, all web-related tools needed to support the networking and integration activities and to facilitate dissemination of project results, are ready and operational.

2. CloudOpting website The CloudOpting website is considered the most versatile dissemination tool and presents general information on related publications, news, events and public deliverables. Its purpose will be to both serve for public dissemination to organizations and individuals interested in the project outcomes, and to provide a platform for information exchange among the project partners. The website will be updated on a regular basis in order to provide complete information about the project, relevant events and conferences to be attended, public deliverables, and others. All public materials will also be available so interested audiences can access them. Furthermore, to ensure that target audiences are motivated to visit the website frequently, it will be promoted via the newsletter, mails and other promotional materials, and through the established CloudOpting social media channels and individual partner webpages.
2.1 URL and hosting The URL of the website is http://cloudopting.eu. The website hosting is provided by RedCoruna (www.redcoruna.com).

The sitemap of the website is depicted in figure 1.

1.1.2 Main features
The public website has a number of sections devoted to present CloudOpting to external visitors. A screenshot of the home page is shown in Figure X. The CloudOpting website has the following main sections:
Home – this section introduces the CloudOpting project and provides relevant information

Zyncro – this section provides the user with direct access to the private Zyncro
area of CloudOpting. The Zyncro (http://www.zyncro.com/) CloudOpting profile has been set up and is used to ensure that all partners have proper access to information and knowledge of the project progress. The Zyncro platform is used as a repository and a management tool and will be regularly updated with all relevant documentation, reports and information gathered and developed during the project duration.

3 CloudOpting social media channels
3.1 Twitter
A CloudOpting Twitter account was created to widespread and communicate the developments of the project. The #cloudopting tag will be used to promote our twitter account. The type of content that is published on Twitter focuses on:

3.2 LinkedIn A CloudOpting LinkedIn group was created to with the purpose of fostering the engagement of participants in the workshops and experts in the scientific community. All relevant and available materials such as newsletters, public documents and deliverables will also be published in the LinkedIn group. The type of content that is published on LinkedIn focuses on:

3.3 About.me
About.me is a simple service providing a platform from which users can link multiple digital identities, external sites and social networking websites. It is characterized by its one-page user profiles, each with a large background image and a biography. It is also often described as a digital business card.
The current about.me page (http://about.me/cloudopting/#) is depicted in figure 12.

4 Conclusions and final remarks The CloudOpting website represents the main dissemination tool for the project, providing updated information regarding its current status and progress. Structure and content of the website are subject to modifications and improvements during the duration of the project, while the support and maintenance are considered an on-going activity. The social media networks will be used as a natural extension of the activities performed within and without the project. These channels will provide a constant flow of up-to-date information about CloudOpting and other project-related activities, and will also allow for a more interactive and two-way communication with stakeholders and interested parties.
