I am in charge of up to 6 crew members organizing, delegating, monitoring and documenting work done daily.

Current holder of PBS CHAMPION – Certificate of Achievement – Bechtel’s Behaviour Observation Team Training.

Using and Completing Daily Coating Inspection Reports which include: Weather conditions / Ambient and substrate temperatures / Surface preparation method used / Paint types / Paint batch numbers / Method of application / Wet Film or dry film (DFT)

Making sure the crew works in a safe and professional manner and works well with other trades Liaison with other trades and supervisors on variations to scope of work for (surge bin 3, uptake

tower 37AP, CV37AP and sample lab tower) Organise set up of job fronts (JLG, working at heights, groundwork) Fill out permits e.g. Working at heights and Confined space when required Organize JLG job fronts (machines, operators and spotters) Complete Daily time sheets

Review JSA’s and ITP’s with crew regularly Measure Ambient and substrate temperatures daily Measure Humidity and dew point daily Measure DFT readings between coats and final coats when required Download data onto elcometer software for creating reports Measure Ancor profile after blasting Complete Salt testing when required ITP Inspection and test plan followed in accordance to the standards provided in the ITP Also making sure ITP are monitored and work is within ITP guidelines Competent skills and knowledge in computers
