Stockpiling is in most places done
without any dust encapsulation,
which is creating a big
environmental problem

Stockpile Segregation Degradation
A stock pile can be revitalized through mechanical work mixing using
a wheel loader or a bulldozer.
During this process the product becomes compacted
and degraded by the heavy machinery passing over it
Loading, transportation and discharging the product
Contamination
There is an increased risk that lubricants,
hydraulic oil or grease contaminate the product.
Costs
Penalties/fees Mixing cost
Higher fuel cost
Increased wear
Lost production

Product features Application
Belts from 800 mm (30") to 1200 mm (48") wide.
Material size 0-32 mm (0 to 1-1/4").
Average wear life is at least one year with a feed containing 32 mm material.
Max. 15 cones gives a total chute length approx 17 meters Total weight of approx 2200 kg.
Normally you don't need a chute that extends all the way down to the ground.
You can can also deduct 1 m (3') for the attachment to the conveyor.
Check with the conveyor manufacturer that the conveyor can take the extra weight.
