World view Italy First retail bond to be issued by the talian Treasury. We advised Banca IMI and UniCredit on BTp Italia, fi rst and second issues, the fi rst retail bonds aimed at public

distribution and traded on the MOT, the fi xed income market of the Italian Stock Exchange.

They are also the fi rst bonds to be linked to Italy’s domestic infl ation index.
