TheTomMinerCreekRoadCapitalImprovementsProjectislocatedapproxi-mately40milesSouthwestofLivingston,MontanainParadiseValley.Thepro-jectworkconsistsofremovalandreplacementofthetwodeterioratingshortspanconcretebridgesoverTomMinerCreekandRockCreek.TheexistingbridgeswillbereplacedwithlongerandwiderGRS-IBSbridges,riprapprotec-tion,andguardrail.TheprojectwillalsoincludesomerehabilitationworkontheCarbellaTrussBridgeconsistingofreplacingtheexistingbridgedeckandrepairingsomeofthetrussmembers.

ConstructionsignsareinplacedfortheRockCreekandTomMinerworksites.Flaggersmaybeutilizedtocontroltheworkzones,ifnecessary.Forlargervehicletraf icutilizingtheRockCreekBridgebeawareofconstructiontraf icandpersonnelattheworksiteduringworkinghours.Pleaseslowdownanddrivesafelythroughtheworkareas.

WorkontheTomMinerprojectissettoresumeJune10,2019.TheContractorwillberemobilizingtotheprojecttocompletetheremainingroadworkattheRockCreekandTomMinersites.BeginningnextMondaytheContractorwillbegintheroadwayexcavation, inalriprap,culvertinstallation,andaggregateplacementworkfortheRockCreeksite.WorkattheTomMinersitewillalsobeoccurringintermittentlyorwhentheRockCreeksiteiscompleted.Workontheprojectisanticipatedtobecom-pletedbythebeginningofJuly.TheContractorisscheduledtoworkMondaythroughSaturdayfrom7:00a.m.to5:30p.m.untilworkiscompleted.TheRockCreekBridgewillremainopentotraf icthroughoutthecompletionoftheremainingwork.Lightvehicletraf icisencouragedtousetheCarbellaBridgetoavoidconstructiondelays.LargervehicleswillbeabletoutilizetheRockCreekBridgeduringworkhoursbutareencouragedtousethebridgeoutsideofworkhoursasmuchaspossibletoavoidconstructiondelays.
