The platform lies on top of thePERI KG climbing scaffoldbracket giving two importantadvantages:
Non-trip scaffold platformwhich gives a high standard ofworking safety. The brackets andcantilevered beam lie below themain and finishing platforms.
Pre-assembly of the platforms:which is cost effective, saves timeand avoids tight spaces. Theassembly work can be carried outeasier and faster in the plant, yardor shop.

The PERI wall scaffold hinge(for KGF 240, KG 180 and KG 130)provides the advantage that thereis sufficient play for fast erection.Because of this the crane is freeagain immediately after erection.
Warning:The timber sizes are for standardcases which have been proved bythe testing authorities(Test Certificate no. P 31-162/96).Deviations from this require aspecial static proof.

Two efficient methods of supportingthe PERI shaft platforms:
1. With PERI 25 folding bearer plates
For example when there is heavy reinforcement orfair-face concrete in shafts. Depending on concretestrength permissible loading is up to 25 kN.
2. With PERI gravity pivot plates
For example when the blockouts do not have to bemade good. Permissible loading up to 38 kN dependingon concrete strength. The advantage is all parts canbe re-used.
