Linetik is a free-standing luminaire for workplace lighting, developed as a special product for Zumtobel Group

Linetik has been designed for Zumtobel by F Mark and Luke Smith-Wightman

The concept is concerned with precise and comfortable delivery of light from a highly efficient and extremely minimal body. The specialised optics and unique geometry ensure unprecedented performance for a free-standing luminaire

In full compliance with the workplace illuminance recommendations in EN12464, the Linetik luminaire delivers a 500lx average to the task area with a step-down to 300lx over the surrounding area and 100lx background. It achieves its remarkable efficiency in part due to these requirements, not in-spite of them

• Direct / indirect light emission (35:65) from specialised, asymmetric LED optics• 6000lm output• High luminaire efficacy of 107lm/w• Minimal profile cross section of just 24 x 24mm for the head and stand• Integrated sensor unit with individually settable ambient light/PIR

motion sensor• LED service life: L80 = 50000h• Chromaticity tolerance (initial MacAdam): 3• Colour rendering: Ra > 80• Colour temperature: 4000°K. Optionally 3000°K• LED converter electronics in remote enclosure
