As a subcontractor to The Arbeit Group, Inc., ZSC assisted the Washington Headquarters Service - InfoNet Management Center (WHS) to develop and maintain the InfoNet Information Management web Portal. The InfoNet Information Management web Portal supports the revitalization of the Pentagon Wide Communication Initiative. InfoNet is the provider of an integrated solution to disseminate and display unclassified, non-sensitive information throughout the Pentagon Reservation, remote locations within the 4th Estate and Department of Defense locations from one centralized WHS location. The InfoNet Information Management web Portal assist to operate the Center to efficiently and effectively disseminate data through the use of computer application systems, while achieving maximum cost effectiveness and the highest customer satisfaction. InfoNet has been championed by the Defense Facilities Directorate (DFD) in partnership with the Information Technology Management Directorate.

Reference Manager Database Web Portal
As a subcontractor to Westover Consultants, Inc., ZSC assisted NIDA develop and maintain a Reference Manager Database Web portal that provides on-demand access to scientific citations and abstracts that enable NIDA personnel to refine their studies. This tool is a bibliographic management system that, when designed expertly, can be used for storing, managing, searching, filtering, retrieving, and publishing bibliographic references. ZSC used a number of online scientific information retrieval portals, including ISI’s Web of Science and PubMed. ZSC also provided IT and information assurance support services to NIH’s National Cancer Institute. ZSC’s onsite employee certified and accredited IT infrastructure in accordance with NIH’s internal IT guidelines. Our staff also helped NIH prepare for upcoming security test & evaluation (ST&E) procedures.

NNEW/AWTT Process for FAA
As a subcontractor to AvMet Applications, Inc., ZSC assisted the AWTT process, headed by a Board of FAA and NWS leaders, to manage and accelerate the transfer of weather R&D technology into full operations. This was achieved by performing the following duties:
Identified and accelerated the implementation of highest payoff, mature capabilities Ensured timely readiness of infrastructure, training, and O&M capabilities Assisted the Technical Transfer Working Group (TTWG), composed of FAA and NWS personnel in the Board members' organizations. The
TTWG lays the groundwork for Board decisions by preparing product documents, assessing the technical merit of emerging products, and interfacing with industry users.
