RETAIL CUSTOMER BONUS (RC BONUS)

WHEN A RETAIL CUSTOMER PURCHASES ZRII PRODUCTS the Enroller will receive a Retail Customer Bonus on all orders placed by the Retail Customer (RC). The Retail Customer bonus amount is the difference in price between the wholesale and retail price. A Fast Start Bonus (see page 7) is also paid on all initial RC orders.

Z-CABULARYRETAIL CUSTOMER (RC): A customer who purchases products at the full retail price from a Zrii Independent Executive. When a Retail Customer signs up for EZ Order they become a PC or Preferred Customer and Receive PC Pricing.

PREFERRED CUSTOMER BONUS (PC BONUS)

WHEN A PREFERRED CUSTOMER (PC) is enrolled the Enroller will receive a PC bonus on the PC’s first order and every subsequent order. The PC bonus amount is the difference in price between the wholesale and PC price. A PC must set up an EZ Order to have their product delivered every 4 weeks. A Fast Start Bonus is also paid on all initial PC orders.

Z-CABULARYPREFERRED CUSTOMER (PC): A customer who purchases products directly from Zrii at the PC price. Preferred Customers must participate in Zrii’s EZ Order program and receive a selection of Zrii products automatically every 4 weeks to qualify for PC pricing.

EZ ORDER: When you sign up for EZ Order, Zrii product is automatically delivered to you every 4 weeks — no hassle necessary! Signing up for an EZ Order ensures PC pricing and active status for the 4 week period for Independent Executives.

FAST START BONUS: A bonus paid on all initial Product orders (see page 7).

FREE PRODUCT!

The first step to covering the cost of your business is having your Zrii Product paid for with Z for free program!

Z FOR FREEPERSONALLY SPONSOR at least 3 of any combination of Preferred Customers (PCs) and Retail Customers RCs) and you qualify for the Z for Free program! Through this program, you earn Loyalty Reward Dollars (LRDs) to cover the cost of your Zrii products. The amount of LRDs that you qualify for is calculated by averaging the value of your 3 highest PC and/or RC orders. Loyalty Reward Dollars can be used to purchase any Zrii Product or order and are a great way to eliminate ever needing to pay for Zrii Products or cover the cost of product in your order. Both PC’s and IE’s can participate in the Z for Free Program.

LOYALTY REWARD DOLLARS (LRD): A bonus that is earned for having at least 3 Retail Customers or Preferred Customers with orders. LRDs are calculated at the end of every 4 weeks cycle.

Make the money you deserve. It’s time to get paid what you are worth!

FAST START BONUSA 20% FAST START BONUS is paid to you whenever a new Independent Executive (IE), Preferred Customer, or Retail Customer places an initial order. Personal product purchased by IEs after their initial enrollment order will count toward Team Commissions (see page 13).

Z-CABULARYFAST START BONUS: You earn 20% on any new IE’s, PC’s, or RC’s first order with 50% of the volume counting in the Binary Tree. Enroller must be at least Z100 Active to receive Fast Start Bonus.

Z100 ACTIVE: You must have 100 QV order for the 4 week pay period.

Z200 ACTIVE: You must have 200 QV order for the 4 week pay period.

INDEPENDENT EXECUTIVE (IE): A person who enrolls to receive Zrii product at the wholesale price and distributes to others at retail value. IEs can also enroll other IEs and as independent business owners, can qualify to earn commissions, car bonuses, and other rewards based on their team’s efforts.

COMMISSIONABLE VOLUME (CV): Amount of each order that is used to calculate Team Commissions.

QUALIFYING VOLUME (QV): The amount of volume that is used to qualify for both Active Status (Z100 and Z200) and rank advancement. The QV is equal to the cost of the product in dollars (USD).

BINARY TREE DOWNLINE: All first level IEs and their first level IEs and so on. An IE will only have a maximum of two IEs on the first level.

Double the amount of money you can make with your Zrii business!

DOUBLE FAST START BONUSWHEN YOU JOIN ZRII and purchase one of the Premier Executive Z Packs (PEZP) you become eligible to earn the Double Fast Start Bonus (40% on each IE’s, PC’s, or RC’s initial order) for your first full 4 weeks in the business. Team commissions provide a true residual income!

TEAM COMMISSIONSUPON JOINING ZRII AS AN IE, you are given a position in your enroller’s sales team that represents the top of your new organization. From there your personal sales team is organized into a two-team structure with two sides or two “legs” referred to as the “Left Team” and “Right Team”. For simplicity, all of your business is under these two teams. This powerful, two-team structure allows for cooperative team building and is designed to encourage growth by providing significant financial rewards. Best of all you get paid through unlimited depth within your organization. The Team Commissions are paid at the end of every single week.

EXAMPLE: TEAM COMMISSION

In this example you have 7,500 CV in your right leg and 10,000 CV in your left leg. You will be paid 5% of the 7,500 CV in your right leg and will be paid 5% of the matching 7,500 CV in your left leg. The remaining 2,500 CV that was not matched from your left leg will carry over into the following week. You will start the week with 0 CV in your right leg and 2,500 CV in your left leg.

MATCHING BONUSOUR POWERFUL MATCHING BONUS PROGRAM rewards IEs as they begin taking on an important leadership role in the field. By the time you reach the rank of 4-Star, you begin to collect matching bonuses on your personally sponsored IE’s entire Team Comission check up to 7 generations.

GLOBAL LEADERSHIP POOLTHE GLOBAL LEADERSHIP POOL is a monthly reward for Independent Executives who reach new heights with Zrii. To qualify for these pools, you must attain the rank of 8-Star. Two percent (2%) of the company-wide CV will be shared with qualified 8-Star Executives and above, constituting what we call the Global Leadership Pool. 50% of the Pool is shared among 8-star Executives and above, and the other 50% is shared among 10-Stars and above only.

Shares in the Global Leadership Pool are calculated by Leadership Points. Ted is an 8-Star with 5 Personally Sponsored Enrollment Tree legs. 1 leg has the highest rank of 5-Star, 1 leg has the highest rank 6-Star, and the other 3 Legs each have the highest rank of 7-Star. For example, from the table above, if this were week 6 you would add: 3,500 (week 6 volume) + 1,500 (week 5 volume) + 1,500 (week 4 volume) + 2,500 (week 3 volume) and get 9,000 RAP total volume.

THERE ARE 3 QUALIFIERS THAT ESTABLISH RANK:

1. Qualified: You must have a minimum of 100 PQV in a 4 week

period and 2 personally enrolled IEs with 100 PQV or greater

in the 4 week period, one in each placement tree leg. (4-Stars

and above require a minimum of 200 PQV or greater)

2. Minimum Pay Leg QV: To reach the designated ranks,

your placement tree Pay Leg QV must meet the minimum

requirements listed below.

3. Enrollment Tree: To achieve rank you must achieve a

minimum amount of volume in your enrollment tree legs with

a cap on the maximum you can use per leg. This requirement

ensures that you earn maximum dollars while still protecting

the integrity of the compensation plan.

TOTAL COMPANY PAYOUT

The Zrii Prosperity Plan guarantees that 50% of

commissionable product purchases will be paid to

the field through the lifetime of the program. This

means that if we ever pay less than 50% in any given

pay period, the balance will be escrowed to pay for

future pay periods. This is especially important when

calculating our huge one-time Achievement Bonuses,

which can be achieved at any time by hard-working IEs.

COMPANY MAX PAYOUT CAP

The Company Max Payout Cap is applied to the

Matching Bonuses of qualified IE’s when the Total

Company Payout exceeds 50% of the CV for any given

Commission Week. The Cap is applied based on

the percentage that the IE earned of the total

Matching Bonus paid out company wide for the

Commission Week.

WEEKLY EARNINGS The maximum individual payout for each rank is

based on weekly earnings.

MINIMUM/MAXIMUM PAYOUT THRESHOLDS

A payout will occur for an IE when the minimum

payout threshold of $24 USD is met. For current

currency conversion rates contact Executive Support.

To further protect the opportunity for our IEs and

preserve the viability of the Compensation Plan, Zrii

has instituted maximum payouts that prevent the plan

from paying out more than it should.

> Volume begins to accumulate in a leg once that leg is qualified. To qualify, you must have a personally enrolled IE in that leg that has placed a 100 QV order or greater during the 4 week period.

> Power leg volume may be banked for a maximum of 52 rolling weeks. After 52 weeks, the first week’s volume will expire and be flushed.

> If you fail to place an eligible order during the 4 week period, all banked volume is reset to zero.

Banked volume is leftover or unused volume that is carried forward to the next commission period. Banked volume is a benefit to

help protect future payout. When you earn Team Commissions, your pay leg CV is subtracted from your power leg CV. The leftover

volume remaining on your strong or power leg is carried forward or banked to be used in future periods. This ensures that you

always earn the maximum payout possible as long as you remain qualified to continue banking your volume.

You begin accumulating and banking volume as soon as you have qualified a leg. To “qualify” a leg, you must personally enroll an

IE who is eligible with a 100 QV order or greater. For example, you qualify your left leg once you have enrolled an IE in that leg.

From that day forward, the unused volume in that leg will carry forward until it is paid out or depleted as long as that leg remains

qualified. Once you have qualified both of your legs, your lesser or pay leg will begin to pay out Team Commissions. If one of your

personally enrolled IEs neglects to place an eligible order during any given 4 week period and you do not have a backup IE in that

leg, the leg is no longer qualified and the banked volume resets to zero.

APPENDIX D: AUTO PLACEMENTWE HAVE TAKEN A LOT OF THE GUESSWORK OUT OF THE PROCESS and created a unique default placement algorithm that automatically places your newly sponsored IEs in the best possible place to maximize your income and motivate your downline to build their organization. From the moment you join, this “autopilot” feature will be set during the enrollment process so you can train your new enrollees without having to worry about placement. The placement algorithm will automatically place the new IE in the leg that has the least amount of volume. From there, the system finds the first available node on the outside leg.
