The material (pH 10,0-12,0) features bactericidal effect on all the gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, fungi and virus. It is not cytotoxic on the apex level.

Antibacterial action of copper ions (suspension № 2) is much higher than the effect of calcium hydroxide (suspension № 1). Copper ions are capable of combining with sulfur amino acids from protein breakdown and formation of difficulty soluble copper sulfide, affect the oxygen transfer process of anaerobic micro-organisms. By that the freely soluble compound (copper sulfate) is formed, dissociating with the formation of copper ions, can destroy the aerobic and an-aerobic organisms by extracting from them the sulfur. The resulting difficulty soluble copper sulfide continuously is regenerated to the active substance (copper sulfate).

Gel «EndAsept» contains antiseptics: metronidazole (10 %), bigluconate of chlorhexidine (2 %), - actively overwhelming anaerobic flora of root canals.

Metronidazole possesses a wide spectrum of action concerning the elementary, obligate anaerobic bacteria (spore - and non-sporeformative), is active concerning bacteroides, phuso-bacteria, clostridia. The mechanism antimicrobial actions consists in connection nitrogroup metronidazole with microbic DNA and the termination in this connection synthesis of nucleinic acids. In the mixed anaerobic-aerobic environment metronidazole has overwhelming effect on aerobic bacteria as a result of decomposition of metronidazole bacteroides appear metabolites, overwhelming growth of aerobic bacteria.

Bigluconate of chlorhexidine is one of the most active local antiseptic, and has fast and strong bactericidal effect on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. The mechanism of action of bigluconate of chlorhexidine is connected with its surface-active properties – there is an infringement of permeability cytoplasmic membranes of microbes.

Owing to hydrophil basis gel is easily entered into canals, deeply impregnating dentinal canaliculus, and washed well away from canals by water.

Main components of «Trioxident» material are calcium, silicon and aluminum oxides. Standard powder to distilled water ratio ois 3:1. Obtained dough keeps its plasticity for 10-15 minutes at temperature 18-23 C and 50±10% humidity due to plasticizer

The material begins to hard during 4 hours.Total hardening time in root canal is 24 hours.The material comprises copper-calcium hydroxide, i.e. active bacteriostatic additive.Material hardening process comprises 3 stages: first, calcium oxide contacts with water. As a result, calcium hydroxide is

obtained providing high ph level (12,8). Then calcium exudes from solution in amorphous state covering particles of radiopaque filler (bismuth oxide) and uniting all the components into bonded mass. Calcium hydroxide particles compress then calcium silicate obtained increasing mechanical strength of the cement.

Calcium hydroxide stimulates processes of apexigenesis and osteogenesis in case of treating teeth with non-formed roots, it prevents resorption of bone tissue and stimulates dentinal bridge formation in case of pulp covering.

«Trioxident» material features good bactericidal effect, high biocompatibility, low solubility, high mechanical strength. The material provides good sealing of root canals.

By means of set of instruments with various form cannulas and plastic nozzles (applicators) it is possible to dosed easily without special efforts to deliver a material in remote sites of the root canal. Universality of instruments allows dentists to use them at work with other materials for filling of canals or for imposing medical and isolating linings. The paste received at mixing, set into the applicator by several pecking movements. The applicator is placed in the canal on necessary depth and squeeze out a portion of a material pressing on the internal piston.

«Argenate» one-component is a color-less transparent liquid containing complex salt of diaminoargentum fluoride (I).The material effect is based on transformation of calcium and orthophosphate ions of tooth hydroxiapatite into calcium

fluoride and silver. These components coagulate proteins of dentine organic base blocking cavities of tooth hard tissues and strengthening dentine structure.

«Argenate» material features no irritating effect on pulp due to calcium fluoride formed on dentine surface. This layer narrows dentinal canals preventing penetration of silver ions.

Application of the dental material «Tempofix eugenol-free» does not influence quality of the subsequent fixing or restoration with use of composite materials.

Especially it is recommended to application the material for patients with allergic reactions on eugenol.

ULTROPALINE

PURPOSE«Ultropaline» is an universal porcelain mass used for

facing unit-cast ceramic frames when producing cermet crowns and dental bridges. It is produced by firm «VladMiVa» together with «Jendental»(Ukraine).

PACKAGING

«Ultropaline» ceramic mass meets all the requirements made to cermet materials. «Ultropaline» ceramic mass is obtained by mixing clean oxides, hydroxides or salts, their alloying at temperature 1400°C and further ceramization. «Ultropaline» porcelain mass is a synthetic ceramic mass. «Ultropaline» thermal expansion characteristics are identical to those of cermet masses used nowadays. Due to small size of leucite microcrystallites and their high density, «Ultropaline» mass features high mechanical strength and flexural strength. Preliminary cast and oxidized prosthesis should be covered with 2-3 layers of opaquer and then dried out and burned. Opaque mass is intended for providing chemical and mechanical bonding of porcelain mass with frame metal surface. It is also used to hide oxide layer of metal and to provide the necessary colour of metal cap. Opaquer features high adhesion to oxide layer of frame, high fluidity at high temperatures, good covering capacity and low shrinkage at burning. When producing main part of prosthesis, dentine mass is used. It provides the natural colour of the tooth. To obtain good optic characteristics, opaque-dentine and cervical masses, opalescent modifier and transparent agents are used. Half-finished products are burned in the oven. To obtain glitter and to increase mass strength, the prostheses should be covered with glaze and glazing paints before final burning. «Ultropaline» set includes materials of different colours according to Vita-Lumin scale and it allows make the prostheses more like to natural teeth.
