Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL)

Trimax is the PAN India partner of BSNL for offering Managed Network Services from their ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Certified Network Operations Centre (NOC) running from Mumbai and Bangalore. In this project BSNL provides the bandwidth and Trimax provides the customer premises equipment (Router, Modem, Converter, etc) and manages the equipment and the last mile connectivity on a rental Model for the customers. Trimax also is the single point of contact for all the support issues for the customers. Trimax has done Wide Area Networking and Implemented Video Conferencing Solution for CGDA along with BSNL. Trimax has also doing Link Implementation and Management of 4000 links of Central Bank of India for all their branches across India.

Solution Proposed: The proposed solution is offered along with end to end maintenance. The high level architecture

of the same is shown below.

The hardware based solution proposed includes Polycom HDX 6000 endpoints at 13

locations including the central location. MCU (Multi Conferencing Unit) RMX 1500 would

be placed in central office, Pune. The proposed solution will support upto 20 endpoints

and is also scalable for future use. Thus customer would benefit if incase they plan to

increase the number of endpoints.

This will enable Zilla Parishad to conduct management meetings, brainstorming sessions,

trainings, employment interviews, interdepartmental meetings, and staff meetings.
