As the ceremonial shovels get set to hit the ground, ZIGG Condos is celebrating its construction launch with

a Halloween 'Fall Festival.' Complete with a jazz band, food trucks, hot chocolate, and a face painting

station, the October 31st (expect spooky face painting!) free event at Timothy Eaton Memorial Church

celebrates the local community while giving prospective buyers a taste of the increasingly vibrant area.

The Madison Homes and Fieldgate Homes project will bring 166 units of new residential density to the area

around St. Clair West and Avenue Road, which is currently experiencing an influx of growth. Slightly to the

east of ZIGG, recent and upcoming developments such as Blue Diamond Condos, The Avenue, and Imperial

Plaza are injecting residential density to the neighbourhood, with the new vibrancy of Imperial Plaza's

recently opened retail drawing particular attention.

In the months leading up to the start of construction, the mostly sold‐out development has hosted a series of

events celebrating the project and the growing neighbourhood around it, long before the first residents call

the 11‐storey Kirkor Architects‐designed building home. The Fall Festival follows previous sponsored events,

which have included Symphony in the Garden, and Soul in the City at Casa Loma.

Residents of the distinctively shaped building—about to rise at 223 St. Clair West—will be able to enjoy

interiors and amenity spaces appointed by interior designers The Design Agency. In addition to a gym and

party room, a large rooftop terrace will offer residents an indoor bar and lounge space, as well as outdoor

barbecues.

The building will feature suites ranging in size from 500 to 1,776 square feet, configured in one to three‐

bedroom models. Comparatively large suite sizes, together with the neighbourhood's established and family‐

oriented character, set ZIGG Condos apart from many of Toronto's condo developments. With ZIGG now

mostly sold out, only a select number of suites remain available, and the 'Fall Festival' marks the project's

last pre‐construction offers, which include an upgrade bonus of up to $10,000.
